Is the Fundamentals course really free?
Yes. The "Cyber Security Fundamentals" course costs ₹0 — sign up and start directly, no card needed.
What language are the courses in?
All videos and notes are in simple English. Technical terms (like SIEM, XSS) are kept in English because interviews ask exactly those.
When and how will I get the certificate?
Complete all lessons in the course and pass every module quiz — the certificate is generated automatically. Every certificate has a unique verification code.
How long does course access last?
Paid courses include 180 days of access (web app course 120 days). Your dashboard shows the days left and a reminder is sent 7 days before expiry.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the lessons — just contact support and the amount is returned through the payment gateway (Razorpay). Details are on the "Refund Policy" page.
Is there an EMI or instalment option?
Currently there is one-time payment (UPI/card/netbanking). Instalment plans are coming soon — watch the announcements.
Will this get me a job?
The course gives you interview-ready skills and a certificate. Placement assistance, resume review and mock interview services are being added.
Where will I find practice labs/CTF?
CTFs and lab VMs are coming in the next phase. Until then, the practice tasks and quizzes in every module are part of the course.
